SPIRITWOLD: THE OPEN POEM PROJECT
INTRODUCTION AND OPENING REMARKS: A CALL FOR POEM PIECES
Introduction
Poems are usually a solitary thing. Not this one. This time it is about participation, collaboration, creating something in unison - a chaotic, wild mix, perhaps, maybe also a great unison approach for harmony. Who knows. Incorporating many different views and perspectives - wouldn't that be exciting? Thus you are invited to contribute to this project - in any language (but please with a translation for the footnote), any style.
How to Contribute
Send me an e-mail containing the text you want to contribute, your name, a VERY short description of what you do, and - if you want - the contact information (web site, e-mail) you'd like to sign your text with. If the text fits in, it will be added, and full credit will be annotated.
Moderation
You can understand this as a moderated discussion list, only the text is supposed to become a poem. When it is finished, how it is organized, what shall be contained, that's what I do; apart from - of course - contributing my own voice also. Just think of me as the editor, director or executive producer. The writing is a collaborate effort, credit will be given to where it belongs. I reserve the right to choose which contribution to include, and which to reject. But I won't be very restrictive, I promise.
