MUTATIO - INTENTIONS I:

UNDERTAKINGS
Eichwalde, August 3rd, 1998 - P#86

I.
Against all the asking,
Beyond all the masking
Of all that's around me
Of all that's within me
I try to define it,
I try not to wake it,
The fate that will lead me,
The fate which will drive me.

II.
How ever I'm searching,
Where ever I'm reaching,
What ever I'm asking,
When ever I'm seeking -
The answers come slowly
And never come fully -
Just slow is the river
That leads us, but whither?

III.
Comes slowly the thinking,
Too slow I am sinking
In truth and in knowing,
Am endlessly rowing
On streams that are crying,
On paths that seem dying,
On roads that seem ending,
On truths that seem bending.

IV.
The sounds of the river
Would give me a shiver
Of joy and salvation,
Of fear and negation;
In all this sensation
My anticipation
Stays lonely, awaiting
What time is creating.

V.
The tasks are appearing,
The risks I am fearing,
But feeling a guidance,
A slight interference,
A hand that is holding
Just mine while unfolding
The basics of living
And pleasure of giving.

VI.
Don't fear now the coming,
The truth is too stunning,
The fate is my brother,
Knows me like no other,
And now starts believing,
No more empty grieving,
Just now am I being,
The All I am seeing.

MUTATIO - INTENTIONS II:

WORN OUT
Eichwalde, January 10th, 1998 - P#91

I.
Am staring now, holding
What seems to be folding
The sum of my thinking
To reason, thus linking
What once seemed so empty
With feelings seen plenty.

II.
In nothingness holding,
To nothing unfolding
Is all but now showing -
Is nothing but towing,
Is lacking its carry -
Is senseless this ferry!

III.
This pen which is moving
Will not be approving
What less is arriving
From where I am diving
In so vast my yearning -
Wants more than it's earning.

IV.
How comes it so slowly?
How comes it thus fowly?
Is nothing there in me?
Is nothing there for me?
Expect now to venture
And don't await censure.

V.
Yea, venture to somewhere!
Just do it, go out there!
But never leave cursing,
And what you're traversing
Take in you, enfold it,
The future - behold it!

VI.
What was, is for ever,
What will be, endeavor,
What's now, is containing
All times, it is gaining
The truth and all saying -
The moment is staying!

MUTATIO - INTENTIONS III:

CALMNESS
Eichwalde, January 16th, 1999 - P#92

I.
Outside there is darkness,
A night so much spark-less,
Without all the glimmer,
Without this, just dimmer -
Just sleeping the world is,
Just quiet its breath is.

II.
What but now is inside!
What but now is all might!
Can't sleep now, am restless,
Am joining the vastness
Of daytime-like doing,
Of thoughts once were flowing.

III.
Am fleeing my quietness,
Am fleeing to wideness -
And calmness so seeking
But mostly her leaking -
O come now, inspire,
My sorrows, retire!
